About

Critical and conceptual. Provocative and engaging. I create art, design products, and make positive-impact storytelling for brands, publications, and people.

My work focuses on both global and local issues with the goal of connecting people and planet. My aim is to tell stories and solve problems at the intersections of place and culture, and of art and science.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and environmental advocate. My feature length film work has been seen both online and in film festivals worldwide to critical acclaim (Saltwater Buddha, Nasima: The Most Fearless) and my photography has been exhibited and published internationally (Surfer's Journal, Elle, Grazie Magazine, Reuters, Al Jazeera) and my sculptural/multimedia work has been featured in spaces such as at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and the Diego Rivera Gallery.

My current entrepreneurship is focused on tackling a critical issue in today’s society, the rising incidence of chronic disease connected with our increasingly poor digestive health. This work was born of my own digestive health issues, leading me to found the novel digestive health therapy business Repose Health.

Currently, I’m working in collaboration with On The Grid Creative for an exciting new film project. It is the third feature film I’ll be involved with, tentatively titled Komij Mour Ijin / Our Life is Here.

Alongside my time spent in the ocean and mountains, I can be found creating engaging multimedia short films, building large-scale hand-made books and sculptures, and co-piloting small aircraft with Michael Light Studios.
